This dress is so cool! It goes all the way from a mini dress at abt 33" to a maxi dress at 50" long! the neck is a wider scooop than the old all tied up dress, 14" pit to pit,  Ribbed , stretchy rayon spandex blend !  shown in pics how short and long it can get !!
