Small Best Dress Ever

small is 15" pit to pit and 29"-->33 long depending on where you adjust the straps! waist is 12" flat, i love the big full circle on this skirt and think it's so flattering. it accentuates your chest and upper ribs, but completely skims over the belly!  it has a high back,  it's also great for breast feeding. it's 95% cotton 5% spandex so stretchy but also has some thickness to it.
